Our Pilates Room classes are designed to offer a more intimate, supportive training environment with a maximum class size of just 8 people. These small-group sessions allow for greater instructor attention, real-time feedback, and a more personalized experience while still creating the energy and connection of a group class setting.

The Pilates Room is where we focus on movement beyond the Reformer — including strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, recovery, stretch, barre, mat work, and specialty formats designed to support the body as a whole. Whether you are looking to improve posture, build stability, increase mobility, support weight loss goals, or simply move and feel better in your body, these classes are intentionally structured to complement your overall wellness journey.

Our instructors guide each class with purpose, tactile feedback, and modifications when needed, helping you build confidence, body awareness, and lasting strength in a welcoming and supportive environment.
