ReformYou FAQs

ASK US ANYTHING
I’ve never done Pilates before. Can I join?
Yes. Our Intro and Foundational classes are specifically designed for beginners.
What is the first step to get started?
Book a Call, Tour, Coaching Session, or simply book an Intro or Foundational Class.
When should I arrive for my first class?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to review studio policies and learn proper setup and safety on the Merrithew equipment. Late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons.
What should I wear?
Wear fitted, yoga-style workout attire that allows for proper alignment and movement.
Are grip socks required?
Yes. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. We offer 20% off your first pair at the studio.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. Private sessions are ideal for injury support, accelerated results, or personalized programming.
How is this different from other Pilates studios?
ReformYou is built around correction-based programming, comprehensive instructor certifications, and real-time tactile feedback instead of just verbal “correction” — so you’re always moving well, not just being told to. We also offer measurable progress tracking through 3D body composition scanning, setting our approach apart from most studios in the Henderson area.
Will this help with back pain?
Many members experience improved spinal support and reduced discomfort through strengthened core stability.
Do you offer stretch or mobility classes?
Yes. Stretch classes focus on improving flexibility, joint range of motion, and recovery.
Do you offer body composition?
Yes. We offer 3D Body Scanning for measurable progress tracking beyond scale weight.
How often should I attend to see results?
We recommend 2–4 classes per week for noticeable strength, posture, and endurance improvements within 90 days.
Is Pilates good for weight loss?
Pilates supports lean muscle development and metabolism. For additional support, we offer body composition tracking and medically supported wellness programs through licensed providers.
I’m over 40 and dealing with joint pain or menopause changes. Is this appropriate?
Yes. Our programming is structured specifically to support mature bodies and long-term joint health.
What if I haven’t exercised in years?
Many members begin that way. We build progressively and safely.
What is the difference between Intro, Foundational, and Open Level?
Intro and Foundational focus on equipment setup, alignment, and core stability. Open Level classes incorporate layered progressions for those comfortable with the fundamentals.
Do you offer nutrition support?
Yes. We provide habit-based nutrition guidance and muscle-preserving strategies.
Do you offer GLP-1 or peptide programs?
Yes. Medically supported programs are available through licensed providers. We provide strength integration and accountability support.
Is this high-impact or cardio-based?
No. Our programming is low-impact, controlled, and resistance-based.
What equipment do you use?
We use classical Merrithew apparatus including Reformers, SpringWall, Chairs, and stability tools.
What kind of results can I realistically expect?
Increased strength, improved posture, enhanced balance, better muscle tone, greater endurance, and renewed confidence in your body.
