About ReformYou — Pilates Studio in Henderson
STRUCTURED PILATES TRAINING ROOTED IN REAL EXPERTISE
ReformYou was built on a simple but important belief — that methodical, structured Pilates training produces more meaningful and sustainable results than trend-driven workouts or one-size-fits-all programming. Our studio in Henderson, NV was created to be a place where members receive genuine instruction and support — not crowd control. Where programming is intentional and layered. And where progress is guided, measured, and built over time.
Our instructors bring comprehensive certifications across the full range of Pilates apparatus — including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and Mat — along with training in anatomy, biomechanics, and supervised teaching hours validated through practical examination. With 5 to 20+ years of hands-on instructional experience, our team has the depth of knowledge to work with a wide range of goals, abilities, and physical backgrounds. Every program at ReformYou is built around careful progression, real-time tactile feedback, and purposeful movement — because how you move matters just as much as that you move.
Although we welcome both men and women of all ages, our programs have been especially beneficial for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s navigating perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, joint stiffness, mild injuries, weight fluctuations, and the frustration of feeling disconnected from their bodies. Many of our members have tried big box gyms, high-intensity classes, trend-based workouts, and diets that simply did not create lasting results. They come to ReformYou looking for something different — structure, support, measurable progress, and a welcoming community that helps them feel strong, capable, and confident again. That is exactly what we are here to provide.

Our Coaching Philosophy
Everything we do at ReformYou is grounded in the principle that sustainable progress comes from building strength the right way — with proper technique, well-planned progression, and programming that respects where your body is right now.
What That Looks Like in Practice
-
- Strength before intensity: We build a solid foundation before adding challenge, so progress is safe, effective, and lasting.
- Thoughtful, layered programming: Every class and session is sequenced with purpose — not assembled randomly.
- Real-time correction and tactile feedback: Our instructors actively guide your movement throughout every session, not just at the start.
- Measurable progress tracking: From 3D body composition scanning to ongoing performance monitoring, we track what matters so you can see how far you have come.
- Long-term sustainability over trends: We are not interested in what is popular right now. We are interested in what works for your body over time.
- Community and accountability: A supportive studio culture that makes showing up easier and progress more enjoyable.
